Nanterre is one of the umpteen industrial suburbs surrounding Paris.
So there is a (rather unusual) place in Nanterre called "The Farm of the Happiness" and this wall happens to be just behind the farm.
When I saw it I said to myself that happiness grown there must be quite contaminous, like GMO-crops...
